3DNS config error

We have a 3DNS unit, model D35 running 4.2 Something happened and now when I try to run "config", once I enter the hostname I get the following error and the 3DNS essentially quits running. "Setup utility exited with code 0.54296875"

 

I've searched all over and cannot determine why this is happening. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I know this is an older unit. But I still need it.

    Hi Brad -

     

     

    3-DNS 4.2 reached end of life a couple of years ago, so I'm not sure you'll be able to find much help on such an old version.

    HELP, we now have two 3DNS boxes giving us this exact same error when we try to re-config them. "uid 0: exited on signal 11 (core dumpted) Setup Utility exited with code 0.54296875" I know 4.2 is old / end of life. But has anyone seen somthing similar to this, even on a 4.5 or 4.6 machine? I've heard of it happening on BIG-IP units too, but have never seen any kind of resolution for it.

     

     

    Any possible suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
