3DNS config error

HELP, we now have two 3DNS boxes giving us this exact same error when we try to re-config them. "uid 0: exited on signal 11 (core dumpted) Setup Utility exited with code 0.54296875" I know 4.2 is old / end of life. But has anyone seen somthing similar to this, even on a 4.5 or 4.6 machine? I've heard of it happening on BIG-IP units too, but have never seen any kind of resolution for it.

 

 

Any possible suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
