11.3 VE Lab and APM

I am receiving the attached error in VE Lab edition trying to configure SmartAccess for my WebTop. I'm running HF5 on 11.3 VE. Is this not supported in VE? Seems like this is more like APM Lite so I...

Did you disable Strict updates on the Application service after you ran the iApp?
