.flv flv-application/octet-stream Issue

We have updated our website and it includes a flash video. Once this was ran through the BIG IP it was not able to play the video. You can see it load and then it disappears.     Is there ...

If the flash video isn't delivered over port 80 (or whatever port the site is already configured on), then LTM will block the traffic unless the correct port is also configured with a pool and virtual server. Persistence may also come into play here if the application needs to deliver the flash video from the same server as the client's original web connection. Without some more information as to your setup it's difficult to say what else might be needed, but ports/persistence would be the first place to look.
