After how many clicks the WAF will learn the clicked url / parameter and so on ?

Is it depend to Learning Speed ( fast , medium and low ) in policy settings ?

and how to increase the learning to allow WAF to learn from first click ?

Does Enforcement Readiness Period will help to increase the learning?

Hi,

Yes, it depend on Learning Speed that you are configured in Policy General Settings (Fast/medium/Low), to learn URL and Parameter on first click you need to modify in Policy Building Settings the Learn New Parameters/ URLs to Always. Check also the Policy Building Process to optimize the learning process (Trust and Untrusted trafic,  Full Policy Inspection)

The Enforcement Readiness Period does not help to increase learning speed.
