Specify a parent profile when creating a TCP_Profile in AS3

Does anyone know if it is possible to specify a parent profile when creating a new TCP_Profile in AS3?

We use the built in tcp-lan-optimized profile and in one or two cases, in the UI, have created a new profile based on this one with a few minor tweaks. I'm looking to do this with AS3 but can't seem to see how to do that.

  • It doesn't look like it. You'll just need to define all the parameters as you need them in the AS3 declaration. You should consider testing TCP progressive as a new profile. Here's an article on the change.

When using AS3 and you don't define a TCP profile, tcp-progressive is used by default
