SP initiated SAML error

Dear All,

I have a SAML configured for a specific service when we perform a IDP initiated the user is able to login successfully but when we perform SP initiated i get internal error can any one help me in resolving the same.

yes this the error in the browser "Internal error. Failed to process SAML request/response. Please try again or contact your system administrator if error persists." here i'm attaching the APm debug logs

"SAML SSO: Error (12) inflating SAML 'Authentication Request'

SAML SSO: Abort reason: Error in decompression callback"

Hello, is APM the IdP or SP? Who is the other vendor? Previously I have seen this fixed if you change the SP to use Request Method POST.

APM is IPD and SP is external the vendor is traform.io can you please let me know more clear what the vendor has to change.

I can not tell you for a specific vendor, but they should try changing the Request Method to POST.
