Some Remote users after passing client check and sent OTP are redirected to the authenticted page (to enter username and password again) Once the do this OTP mail wll be sent again , but redirected to authenticated page again stead of prompting them the interface to enter the OTP. This is happening to some users while other users re fine
@FAJUMO If you could share the F5 configuration related to this issue it would be helpful in troubleshooting the issue. You might be able to perform a tcpdump on the F5 to see if anything odd is happening and assuming you aren't using SNAT you should be able to run the following to save the capture and then open it up in wireshark.
