Script error when using SAML authentication

Hi All,

I have configured APM to have Network Access to internal resources with the Big-IP Edge client.

Configured SAML authentication with a internal ADFS environment and all is working.

When connected we are directed to the IdP, are authenticted and can use internal resources.

But when we are directed to the IdP we are getting a script error with something called 'preventDefault'.

I have attached a screenshot which is Dutch, but the error looks like:

Error: Object doesn't support property or method 'preventDefault'

It does not matter if we click 'Yes' or 'No', we can successfully authenticate and access internal resources.

It seems a script from the ADFS environment trying to run, so do not know if it has something to do with the F5 configuration.

Anyone seen this before?

Regards,

Martijn

  • I have not seen this but you may use Fiddler or HTTPWatch to decode the SAML to have a better view on th things:
