load balancing type Ratio member

Hello All,

We are planning to add the new application servers to the pool. However the only 20% of the traffic should get forwarded to the new server.

In order to achieve this:

Step1: In the existing server pool I have to change it to "Ratio member"

Step 2: I have to configure Ratio for each server?

Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.

Hi Thiyagu,

If you not change, all pool members have 1 ratio value in default.

When you add new member, and select load balancer method as ratio (member), connections is distributed to all members at the same ratio. You need change ratio value of new member and other members.
