Interface Configuration

I just want to know how to configure BIG-IP interfaces and set the correct vlans for my network  
design

You'll first have to create and configure the vlan. You'll apply that vlan (tagged or untagged depending on your supporting switching environment) to whichever interfaces or trunks you need. Some basic information is here:
