I don't have "3rd party connection" in my connections list

Hi,

I'm using windows 7. when I connect to vpn.XXX.xx , it shows me the login screen and I log in with no issue. but when i click on 3rd party access , the new windows come up and tries to connect to the VPN but it fails with this message "Status: Network Access Connection Device was not found." I compared my windows to a XP windows that does not have this issue and I noticed that on XP there is "3rd party dialup " connection which I'm missing . How can I fix this issue?
