F5 ip address exception don't work

Hi,

I have a problem with this IP exception.

The request from this IP are always blocked and I see the learning suggestions...

Particular tip: I set the XFF to Trust so in the requests I see the from ip address in the "source address" field correctly. I don't know if this could be the problem.
