I installed F5 Big-IP virtual version 11.4.1 - It doesn't say which model type I have (LTM, ATM, etc..)so I don't know which product to search for when looking for documents. It seems impossible to find an admin guide. Can someone please assist?

The modules you have will be in the license. If you look in /config/bigip.license then it'll say in there.

I'm looking for all information on nating with this version, we have a trial version so all licenses are open.

Look in the LTM Concepts manual. There's a section on NAT there.
