F5 BIGIQ Venafi Integration

Looking for some help with the F5 BIG IQ and Venafi integration.

Currently have it set up to submit the CSR/key to Venafi via the API.

Was wondering if we can set Venafi to use an approval workflow, whereby someone will need to approve the cert before it is issued. What happens when the F5 API submits the CSR/key, does it wait for a minute or does it peridoically check in to the Venafi API to see if the cert got approved?
