I get this error when using an address list with a subnet or range in it:
An error occurred: transaction failed:0107199e:3: Attach error for addr list /Common/test. Addr List /Common/test has either subnet ipaddress or ip address with route domain or ip address ranges configured. Addr List and nested add list for Dos should only have fully qualified ip addresses.
According to K44598896 this should only be a pre-14 but I'm running 16.1.3.3.
