DC failover test via GTM

    Update: The issue was the GTM monitoring...setting it to the iquery(bigip) would mark it offline. Thus, it was set for icmp. 0n the DC1 pair, 02 didn't have the same CAs as 01. Once I imported the CAs, I was able to set the monitoring to iquery. Works now.

Yes, DC1 has other VSs so I can't take it offline.

    It's running 13.1.5 Build 0.0.32 Final.

      Hi Sonny , 
      I checked F5 bug scrub tracker , but I didn't find bug related to your issue. 

      I would recommend >>> 
      Try to install your UCS in a test environment bigip lab , and try to disable the VS and check the pool member status. 

      or try to upgrade to v15.1.x latest point release , maybe you are hitting in unidentified bug for v13.1.5.

        Update: I opened a ticket with F5 and it looks the server list monitoring was set to ICMP instead bigip on the GTM. After making the change, looks like some blockage on port 4353.
