Can't clean install
I've tried to do a clean install via bootable usb but couldn't, it seem can't find any disk to be installed. The system showed the following error log,
info: Initializing disk cpmirror info: Creating standard volumes for hda error: tm_install::TMOS::TMOS_phd -- no disk found Use of uninitialized value in string ne at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/tm_install/TMOS.pm line 727. info: Disk hda is not sufficient for TMOS info: Creating standard volumes for cpmirror info: adding cpmirror.dat.share, size 0... error: tm_install::MultiVolume::MultiVolume_add -- requested multi-disk, cpmirror, has no members present. error: MultiVolume_add cpmirror.dat.share failed.
Anyone has found this issue? Please help!

Hi TPI, what TMOS version you try to install? What hardware platform you try to install it to? Does the hardware boot from it´s built-in boot medium? Did you try to run the built-in End User Diagnostics (can be selected via GRUB when connected via serial console or through SCCP/AOM [lights out processor])? Did you select the platform specific install routine when creating the USB boot medium (using the mkdisk utility)? Thanks, Stephan - TPI_144811
