I wonder if F5 BIGIQ DCDs are free if you purchase BIG IQ VE . Because in datasheet it says it's a no cost part but when you want to install it it needs license and also in f5 website there is a part number for thes DCD nodes.
from BIG-IQ version 7.1 no license is needed, during Setup you can click "Skip License".
