i configured BMC Remedy Workspace ticketing system on F5 with APM with Formed based SSO, i have configured everything same as recommended.
Application team has no idea about any configuration (Start URI, formed action,etc)
so i have opened inspection on browser till i found URI for login formed but i faced issue with below error:-
obliviously that backend server doesn't work with POST method so what is alternative to solve this issue???
Try accessing the application directly and using HTTPWatch, Fiddler or similar. Take note of the action for the login form and try to work out the details from that. Otherwise, see whether they can use a different SSO method - Kerberos, HTTP headers, etc
