F5 has a couple of solutions for that:
- BIG-IP with APM module
- NGINX and NGINX Plus Rate Limiting as well as
- Secure Your API Gateway with NGINX App Protect WAF
- Distributed Cloud WAAP - Manage and Secure APIs
