EmployeeYou will need to disable Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS) on the BIG-IP, per Microsoft's documentation: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windowsazure/jj156075.aspx
On the BIG-IP, running 11.2.0 and above, this can be done, but only on a global scale. This is only available via tmsh: tmsh list sys db ipsec.disablepfs
