Just small note for people using vCMP - it was a bit surprise for me, so maybe worth sharing :-) According to K10251520: BIG-IP support for TLS 1.3 if you want to use TLS 1.3 on vCMP guest you need both host and guest running at least 14.1.0.1. Not obvious part is that 14.1.x.x is required as well for host.
