June is Programmability Month!

We’ve expanded over the years to include systems, configuration, advanced modules, security, etc, but programmability has historically been the bread and butter of what we do. Given the success we had with February’s security month, June is going to be all programmability all the time! We soft-launched a week ago with the announcement of our Codeshare Challenge, which officially kicks off today, so get that code submitted for consideration! In addition to a refresh of the existing iRules series, we’re introducing the new iRules LX feature, working through REST & SOAP in a couple different languages during iControl week, spending some time with iApps, and finishing the month up strong with a week on this little thing called orchestration. Throughout the month, we’ll have “state of the state” roundtable discussions with several F5ers who are leading the charge in their areas of expertise, and all our Lightboard Lessons will focus on programmability architectures. It’s our hope that this month will reinforce some concepts for seasoned professionals as well as help beginners get their feet wet with F5-related programmability. Here’s a quick overview of the content plan for the month:
