Hey stevensr2002-cxo , sorry, I don't believe Blast Extreme was back ported to 13.x. Especially a 13.0 as the .0 releases have a short support lifecycle. That version of BIG-IP is actually End of Life so that is hopefully reason in itself to consider updating.
