CirrusGreat you have it working with 2016. We are going to set this up with Sharepoint 2013, but dont want users to select just automatically go to fakeadfslx setup. We use the APM federation for all our SAML 2.0 SP's and works great, so you dont need this. We migrated all our SP's to F5 APM federation services.
