This one is a bit tricky to troubleshoot. I've seen it before but it was years ago and I do not remember what it was.
Instead of investing time on the snapin version, may I suggest that you try the REST version instead?
The installation instructions are pretty much the same and I should mark it as stable now that we've tested it for a while.
