ASM has been a constant head ache since adding it. I wonder what the difference is since I haven't seen it myself. Granted, we run different HW platforms but the software version is the same.
I have a feeling that most people would be hesitant towards running the script with higher permissions that guest (and rightly so, I'm a random guy on the Internet after all :) ) so that's not really an option. Maybe I should add an option in the config file so people would need to activate the ASM feature manually and in doing so also accept that a higher level of permissions is needed.
Thoughts on this?
