Hi Adam!
Which version of powershell are you using? Have you tried setting the variable $Global:useTLS12 to $false (or removing those 3 lines altogether)?
Since I still can't update the project via DC I'll leave the last "stable" version in my dropbox for now:

Note that you need to re-configure the script a bit with the new version as it uses a list instead of dictionary when specifying the F5s.
