Rereading The Culture Map by Erin Meyer helped remind me of some of the things I need to keep in mind when working with a global audience like the users on DevCentral.

Haven't read it yet - sitting on my desk for about the past 3 months.
Based on the impact the first (4) book(s) from Tufte had on me back in the day...I really need to.The first office I worked for after college sent me to his seminar, and I wish I'd held on to those books through all the moves I've done since then. Being able to visualize data clearly and elegantly is such an art.
