Zonerunner error after upgrade

I just upgraded from 9.4.4 to 10.0.1 HF2. Everything went smooth, however, now I get an error messages in Zonerunner which are different depending on the menu you choose, see below     Glo...

I just noticed under System -> Services the ZRD service says "down, waiting for named to release running semaphore". Not sure what this means
