XenServer - VE Memory issue

Greetings, I am running a couple of VE's in my lab. I have Xenserver 7.0 and I've tried Bigip 13.0.1 and 13.1.0 and get the same results.

 

Scenario:

 

Deploy the VM from the OVA file - and it runs great. Comes up with vcpu and 4 GB RAM. Now I want to enable ASM - so I need more RAM. Shut the VE down, increase the RAM and reboot - and the VE goes unstable. VE random reboots - within minutes after it comes up - sometimes even before all of the daemons can start.

 

I've tried increasing the CPU count as well, no change.

 

Any ideas on how I can increase my RAM on these VE's on Xenserver?
