x86 Install failed on windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition SP2

Hi,

 

I have downloaded F5ManagementPackSetup-1.0.0.231-X86 and try to install it , but fail to setup F5 MP.

 

 

Some Setup.log Message:

 

FATALERROR: msi failed to run with exit code: 1603

…

 

FATALERROR: The F5 Networks Management Pack setup has failed.
