X-OWA-Error when opening Exchange 2013 OWA in Internet Explorer

Hi,

 

I have set up Exchange 2013 LTM using iApp f5.microsoft_exchange_2010_2013_cas.v1.3.0

 

Connection from Outlook client works OK, but I get following error when accessing OWA via Internet Explorer browser: X-OWA-Error: ClientError;exMsg='JSON' is undefined;file=https://xxxxx.xxx.xx/owa/prem/15.0.913.22/scripts/boot.1.mouse.js:3 X-OWA-Version: 15.0.913.22 X-FEServer: ExchangeXX X-BEServer: null Date: 1601-01-02 15:13:35

 

This problem does not occur in other browsers But it also does not occur when accessing servers directly

 

Did anyone have similar problems?

    problem solved. it was caused by analytics profile enabled, which inserted some js code in html header and forced IE into wrong compatibility mode

     

    in my opinion it's a bug in Analytics module.... this js code should be inserted in different place
