X-forward not working

Hi All,

 

I have configured one ssl VIP without ssl certificate and applied automap SNAT. It is working fine.

 

Now project need client IP as well so i have applied http profile with x-forward insert enabled but now traffic is reaching to VIP but not passing to pool.

 

Any idea why it is not working.

    Hi,

     

    https means HTTP over SSL, not SSL over HTTP

     

    If the bigIP doesn't manage SSL, it can't see what's inside it and can't insert headers.

     

    Don't assign a HTTP profile to a HTTPS service without clientssl profile.
