X-Forwaded-for
Hi
I am new in F5 and i have a question. I configure F5 as ASM for some web server the problem is that all the log in the web server have the same src ip (the f5 virtual server),
Iread that there is something called xff , this xff function take the src ip and put him inside the HTTP packet and this is the way that web server can see the src ip in the log file. my question is if someone know how to configure it on big-ip F5 ?
Iconfigure it in this way : Local Traffic -> Profiles -> Services -> HTTP ›› new profile setting->enable the "insert X-forwarded-for"
Is this the way or i missed something ?
