wrong Mac Address on Dynamic List

I have problem with my F5 when I found wrong mac address on dynamic list ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff I don't know how to solve this problem

    It's not the wrong MAC address as such, it just shows the layer two broadcast address ffff.ffff.ffff to indicate (I guess) that an ARP request has been sent but no response received. Not very useful I know.

     

    Ultimately you've a connectivity issue but this isn't the cause.

    Is the destination host on the same VLAN? If not, are relevant routes to it (and back) in place etc. etc.
