WMI Configuration for Window Server 2008 R2 IIS 7.5 Failed

Hi all, we are currently facing some issues when we install and config WMI for Window Server 2008 R2 IIS 7.5 for SharePoint 2013 websites

Here is installation/configuration that we followed: https://www.f5.com/pdf/deployment-guides/iapp-microsoft-iis-dg.pdf

Here is our 2 sites need to be monitored https://site1.acme.com https://site2.acme.com

Question 1: According to installation/configuration document - step 7, "Create a new application named scripts:" > "Right click "Default Web Site" (or the applicable web site), and choose Add Application." Is this "Default Web Site" should be referred as site1 and/or site2?

Question 2: If question 1 is Yes, Since I have 2 sites need to be monitored, is that mean I have to create "new application named scripts:" for each site1 and site2?

We created only 1 new application name scripts under "Default Web Site" (not site1 & 2), so when my F5 engineer config F5 WMI node, at first we don't see any the any communication between the probe "F5.IsHandler.dll" on "Default Web Site" and F5. However when we change web.cofig from to "true" then we can see the cpu/memory info for site1, but not site2 (by the way F5 engineer create only 1 WMI node to monitor both sites from f5, I am not sure this is correct or not).

In addition, when we use in web.config file, F5 engineer using SharePoint service account for username and password, we don't see any cpu/memory info at all for both sites and it complaining invalid username/password.

Please give us recommendations how to configure correctly to monitor both site 1 & 2.

Thanks Tee
