Wireshark F5 Plugin

I've followed the steps and built wireshark with the F5 plugin, but I'm not seeing anything different. Do I need to set something in my tcpdump settings to realize this additional functionality?

 

 

The flag -i internal:nnn is indicative of one of my vlans, or something else?
