Cirrostratusprobably the server performs NTLM authentication and thus is transparent to you when you connect directly. How is your LTM (or APM) configured? Do you use OneConnect? If yes, there have been issues in the past (sol13773: HTTP or NTLM authentication may fail when using OneConnect
