Windows Authentication on client to Form-based authentication on server

I have a question. Is there a solution for the following issue:

 

1. Client is logging in on the APM portal with Windows authentication.
2. The connection to the back-end system needs to be form-based.

Is it possible to use the Windows authentication credentials for a SSO to the back-end system that is form-based? For example can it be done with an iRule?
