After upgrading the window on 1903 user are not able to connect on SSL VPN.

NimbostratusThanks to response. Microsoft recently release the new version. We observe that once user upgrade to 1903 version they not able to connect the VPN. the current version of F is 13.1.3

you are mixing small month updates with the bigger half year updates. it is quite relevant if your issue is only with the October 2019 update or with the bigger May 2019 update. i simply don't believe there is larger issue with the May 2019 update, else more people would have complained in the past months.
it might be something with the October update. perhaps others can add information on that.
also as mentioned before, open a ticket with F5 support, they probably see more reports earlier, and if this turns out to be a bug we can't do much here anyway.
