Will MIB files of F5 will show device information automatically?

I have uploaded F5 MIB files in the NMS. I can run the SNMP walk the OIDs in the MIB files and get the result.

 

My Questions is this all MIB file do? I thought once i upload the MIB files i will be able to see all the Virtual servers, Pools, Members etc information in the device in NMS.

 

Right now i can only see up interfaces, utilization information in the F5 device in NMS.
