While accessing websites, its not opened and giving error connection refused

I have configured linerate application and its accepts connection on port 443. I have configured SSL certificate on it and also configured 2 real servers connected with websites on port 8080. On Linerate manager my all components like Virtual IP, Virtual Servers Real servers are showing greens. But when I try to access site on 443 port its not open and give me message that "connection refused" Can someone help me to sort it out the issue.
