Where's the download?

Ok, can someone clue me in on how I actually download the iControl package I can use with PowerShell? I saw this in a tutorial but the site does not look anything like that in the tutorial and any attempt to down this simply dumps me back into this forum. It's and endless loop. Very frustrating. What is the magic path to something I can actually download and start to do something useful?
