Where are the comprehensive API documents related to DNS management?

Where are the comprehensive API documents related to DNS management?

 

I am looking for comprehensive resources on how to use the REST API to manage DNS records. I am not finding anything (like an openapi/swagger doc with detailed descriptions of methods, and use), nor am i seeing many published community articles.

 

I suspect I am just missing something, or maybe not searching for the correct thing and could use the communities help.
