When starting BIG-IP

When starting BIG-IP, do you connect LAN cable before starting? Or will you connect after checking startup? I do not mind either way, If there is a possibility that this order may cause inconvenience...

You can connect Lan cable before or after. there is no importance. and there is no edge effect...
