When i hit node directly, i get the redirect from the server. When i go thru the VIP, the redirect does not get back to the browser. How can i test?

Can you provide config of the virtual server and pool? What happens when you access the virtual server?

Is your BIG-IP in the traffic path or is SNAT required to ensure return traffic from server passes back through it?

Does your server require a hostname so it can direct traffic to correct site?
