When all pool members are down, provide static page within iRule

I'm daft and my search skills aren't working.

 

 

I saw an iRule on the forums within the past month that, when all of the nodes of a pool were down, provided a static html page within an iRule to the requesting client. I've searched and searched, but can't find the forum post anymore. Does anyone remember such a post?

 

 

The iRule actually contained the page body using tags.

 

 

It began with a when RULE_INIT statement - that's about all I can recall.
