what is the best practice when you choose sync type?

Hello,

 

I am new to F5. Now I'm setting 2 devices(Both are LTM i850) for HA configuration.The version is 13.1.1.2. And I wonder what is the best practice when you choose sync type; Manual with Incremental Sync,Automatic with Full Sync,Automatic with Incremental Sync. I led roughly the F5's knowledge; https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_ltm/manuals/product/bigip-device-service-clustering-admin-11-5-0/7.html but I don't get much about the advantage or disadvantage of each type. Has anyone advice for me? Is something like, when you choose "Automatic with Full Sync" for sync type, you don't have to sync configuration manually, and that prevent unmatching error on configuration, but it is possible to much burden on CPU?

    I suggest you to go with Manual ith incrementa sync, it will avoid human errors.

     

    (For example any accidental deletion or configuration modifcation from engineers on primary device)
